As part of our commitment to provide an outstanding educational experience for Oklahoma children, we have posted activities, links and suggestions to support PASS objectives and benchmarks. The materials will follow the pacing calendar for Tulsa Public Schools. We hope teachers and parents from ALL school districts feel free to visit the site and utilize these valuable resources.
You
do not have to be scheduled for a field trip to Kids' World
to benefit from the information offered below. If you are
scheduled to attend the festival, we hope you will utilize
this site to prepare your class and provide are richer experience.
PASS
objectives are currently being updated for the 2006-2007 school
year - Pass objectives
will be organized by subject, then grade (Kindergarten - Grade
5) in printable pdf. formats. If the PASS standard is supported
at the festival, we have indicated, "festival,"
sometimes followed by a short description. You will also find
references to sections in the Kids'
World Curriculum and other resources.
While we are in process of placing this information on the
web, teachers can request a printed copy for immediate use
in their classrooms. For a printed copy, e-mail Kids' World
Curriculum Coordinator Cristina
Smith Williams.
Please
check this site often, as we will add information frequently
- even after Kids' World. For more information about the curriculum,
please email Cristina
Smith Williams.
